Payment:

We accept cash, check (with valid State issued I.D.), Visa/Mastercard debit, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. 

We do not accept insurance in our practice. If your insurance plan has out-of-network acupuncture benefits, we are happy to provide you with an itemized receipt (i.e. superbill with diagnostic codes) upon request to submit to your insurance company. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to discuss what medical conditions are covered and the process for reimbursement.
